Everything we get asked — about insurance claims, costs, warranties, materials, and the process. Still have a question? Call us.
Insurance
If your roof has storm damage (wind, hail, ice, heavy snow), yes — insurance typically covers repair or replacement, minus your deductible. The catch is that most Utah homeowners don't know what qualifies or how to file correctly. We handle that for you. Free inspection first, no obligation.
Process
On most single-family Utah homes, we complete a full tear-off and install in one day. Larger, multi-layer, or steeper roofs can take 2 days. Commercial projects vary.
Pricing
Most single-family replacements in Utah fall between $12,000 and $30,000 depending on square footage, pitch, material, and complexity. With a qualifying insurance claim, your out-of-pocket is usually just your deductible.
Materials
We install GAF and Owens Corning systems — both carry 25–50 year manufacturer warranties and are the top two architectural shingle brands in the US. We'll walk you through the options during your free estimate.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on materials run 25–50 years depending on the system. West Peak adds a workmanship guarantee on top — if anything we installed fails, we come back and fix it.
General
Yes. West Peak Roofing LLC is fully licensed to operate in Utah and carries general liability and workers compensation insurance. We'll provide proof on request.
