No. Layovers trap heat, hide decking problems, and void most manufacturer warranties. We always do full tear-offs back to the deck.

Manufacturer warranties on materials run 25–50 years depending on the system. West Peak adds a workmanship guarantee on top — if anything we installed fails, we come back and fix it.
