Clear all filtersThe Junction South mesonet station recorded a wind gust of 59 mph as a result of outflow winds associated with a nearby cluster of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.
NOAA record 1337248 ↗The Junction South mesonet station recorded initial peak wind gusts of 66 mph at 5:40 pm MST and 5:50 pm MST, and an additional strong gust of 65 mph at 6:00 pm MST. These winds were the result of thunderstorm outflow, with the thunderstorm also producing 0.27 inches of rain in 10 minutes at the mesonet site.
