We reproduce it here filtered to Utah and made searchable β€” we do not edit, add to, or interpret the records. Where NOAA lists a wind speed in knots we show it in miles per hour; everything else is verbatim.

Locations are NOAA's own county and National Weather Service forecast-zone names, which is why you will see both Salt Lake and Wasatch Mountains South of I-80. A storm not listed here was not necessarily absent β€” it means NOAA has no recorded report for it, which is common for isolated hail.
